Meet the designers behind Michelle Obama’s and Ella Emhoff’s DNC appears to be like

Second gentleman Doug Emhoff’s daughter, Ella, 25, wore a pale blue and white robe designed and handmade by Joe Ando-Hirsh, 28, a viral TikToker identified by many as “the costume man.” Ando-Hirsh has designed clothes for different celebrities, like actors Keke Palmer and Dakota Johnson. 

He documented the method of constructing Emhoff’s costume on his TikTok web page, which has 2.9 million followers.
