Mactac Announces a New Heavier Liner For Permanent Wall Mural Products

This high-performance wallNOODLE has more stability and is easier to handle

STOW, Ohio – Mactac Graphics & Signage Solutions has modified its high-performance permanent wallNOODLE multi-print wall mural media with a new, heavier liner.

This product is ideal for wall graphics, point of purchase displays, tiles, posters, stickers, barrier and signage projects that require a simple, easy-to use, long-lasting product. Permanent wallNOODLE (PN628), a semi-rigid vinyl of 6.0 mils with permanent acrylic adhesive, is available in matte white. The product’s new 90# stay flat polyethylene-coated kraft liner offers graphics distributors, printers, and installers even more stability and ease of product handling, aiding with printing and installation processes.

This change in liner design also guarantees customers a more consistent and uninterrupted supply of product.

Permanent wallNOODLE is the permanent version of the original removable wallNOODLE, which is known as the industry’s first and best wall mural/poster stock solution. It has excellent print performance and can be used with UV screen and UV gel as well as UV inkjet and latex. Customers can order PN628 in custom sheets or 54-inch-by100-foot rolls. It can be sheeted with the new liner for additional printing options.

Permanent wallNOODLE is outdoor-resistant and can be used without or with an overlaminate. It is compliant with ANSI Class A and NFPA Class A for flame spread and smoke densities, and has been tested under ASTM E-84 as well as UL10b and 10c certification compliance requirements. It is free of phthalates.
